The Integrative Breath: An emotional release experience

Welcome to another powerful Integrative Breathwork experience designed to help you release emotional and mental tension, reconnect with yourself, and create space for greater clarity, presence, and inner peace.

Facilitated by Mariah Aziz, Founder of The Sisterhood Project and a trained Transformational Breathwork Facilitator, this immersive experience combines Integrative Breath, meditation, music, ethereal vocal frequencies, and intentional guidance to support deep emotional release and nervous system regulation. Alongside Mariah, Adil Hussain, Founder of The Man Cave Project, will be co-facilitating the experience, helping to create a grounded and supportive space for both men and women to fully immerse themselves in the journey.
